Stir-fried Beef Tripe Exclusive
Beef tripe is scrubbed with flour, then pressure-cooked with ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaf until tender. Sliced and flash-fried with garlic and millet chili until the edges crisp, then tossed with celery, chewy, spicy, and intensely flavorful.

Rub and wash the beef tripe with flour.

Blanch the tripe in cold water, then clean it again.

Put the beef tripe into the pressure cooker, add slices of ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

After the pressure cooker comes to a boil, reduce to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Cut the cooled tripe into small pieces.

Wash the celery and cut it into sections, set aside.

Set aside the garlic and small chili peppers.

Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic, frying until slightly browned.
