Taro Beef Exclusive

Baby taro is steamed and peeled, while thin-sliced beef is marinated in starch, soy, and oyster sauce. Minced garlic and millet chili are sizzled in hot oil, then beef and taro are stir-fried together until glossy, a hearty, mildly spicy combination.
