Exclusive Tomato Enoki Mushroom with Fatty Beef
Ripe tomatoes are cooked down into a tangy sauce, then enoki mushrooms and thin rolls of fatty beef are simmered in it until just done. The beef stays tender and the mushrooms soak up the bright, sweet-sour broth, a warming, family-friendly one-pot dish.

Defrost the beef rolls from Huizhou for later use.

Clean the enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Peel the tomatoes, wash them, and cut them into slices for later use.
