Bacon with thin-skinned lantern peppers
Sliced cured pork is stir-fried with thin-skinned lantern peppers, ginger, and garlic until the peppers soften and the meat turns golden. A splash of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil brings out the smoky cured flavor and gentle heat of this rustic stir-fry.

Two thin-skinned lantern chili peppers.
- 2

Wash clean and break into small pieces.
- 3

Shredded ginger, diced garlic, shredded scallions, a few slices of cooked cured meat (previously cooked, sliced, and frozen in the fridge).
