Shredded Pork Stir-Fried with Green Peppers

Pork tenderloin shreds, marinated in wine and soy, are stir-fried with green pepper strips and crisp radish slices for a crisp-tender, colorful dish. Quick wok tossing and a pinch of garlic keep the pork juicy and the peppers bright green.
