    Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little cooking oil, put in the carrots and boil briefly, then add the whole bok choy, blanch briefly, and remove.

    Clean the pot brush and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, then add the blanched mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy sections to stir-fry. After that, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt. Just before taking it out of the pot, add a little chicken essence.

    Spoon the vegetables into a large bowl, arrange the baby bok choy on one side, and serve a bowl of nutritious and appetizing braised vegetables on the table.
