Stewed vegetables
A cozy pot of assorted vegetables simmers slowly, each one lending its sweetness to a mellow shared broth. Simple, healthful and endlessly variable, it is gentle comfort for any evening.
Instructions
- 1

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little cooking oil, put in the carrots and boil briefly, then add the whole bok choy, blanch briefly, and remove.
- 2

Clean the pot brush and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, then add the blanched mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy sections to stir-fry. After that, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt. Just before taking it out of the pot, add a little chicken essence.
- 3

Spoon the vegetables into a large bowl, arrange the baby bok choy on one side, and serve a bowl of nutritious and appetizing braised vegetables on the table.
- 4

Pair it with a bowl of red and white rice as breakfast.
