Stir-fried Cauliflower
Cauliflower florets sear until the edges caramelize, then finish crisp-tender with garlic and a whisper of soy. Proof that vegetarian cooking can be deeply satisfying, it disappears as fast as any meat dish.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, slice the tomatoes, and chop a small amount of green onions.
- 2

Heat the oil and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.
- 3

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry.
- 4

When the tomatoes become thick, add the cauliflower.
- 5

Stir-fry evenly, add salt, and squeeze in some ketchup.
- 6

If stir-frying with a small amount of water, you don't need to add water to a dry pot; it will release juice after a while.
- 7

Stir-fry. Cover with a lid and simmer for five minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- 8

Stir once halfway, and cook on high heat.
- 9

After the soup has dried, stir-fry and then take it out of the pan.
- 10

Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
