Grilled steak
Beef tenderloin is pounded, marinated overnight with oyster sauce and starch, then air-fried for eight minutes and sliced to serve with black pepper sauce for a fuss-free steak dinner.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the veal tenderloin into 2-centimeter-thick slices.
- 2
Gently tap evenly with the back of the knife.
- 3
Add oyster sauce and starch water and mix evenly, then add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, mix well, and marinate overnight.
- 4
Directly put into the air fryer at 200 degrees for 8 minutes until fully cooked and ready to eat.
- 5
If you dare to eat it a bit raw, it can be cooked to medium doneness (about 80% cooked).
- 6
Cut it and pour over the black pepper sauce, and it will taste just like at a steakhouse.
