
Steamed Hairy Crab
Fresh hairy crabs are steamed whole for fifteen to twenty minutes to preserve their natural sweetness, then dipped in a ginger, soy and vinegar sauce for a classic autumn delicacy prized for its rich roe.

The recently bought hairy crabs are still alive, carefully wash them clean several times.

Bring water in the pot to a boil, then place the steamer basket in the pot and steam for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the hairy crabs).

After steaming, take them out and place them on a plate. The hairy crabs are all of uniform size, and the color when served is really beautiful!

Adjust the dipping sauce according to personal taste. The hairy crabs are delicious (4 hairy crabs are placed on two plates for photos).
