Exclusive Steamed Pork Ribs with Taro
Marinated spare ribs are steamed over buttery taro chunks for about half an hour, letting the savory soy-and-oyster juices drip down and perfume the soft, starchy taro beneath.

Wash the ribs clean by tossing them with flour.

Add cornstarch, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and salt, mix well, and marinate for half an hour.

Wash the taro and peel it.

Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Put the chopped taro into a bowl.

Steam the ribs in the pot.
