Stir-fried cauliflower with carrot slices
Cauliflower florets and sweet carrot slices, both briefly blanched, are quickly stir-fried with garlic, cooking wine and light soy sauce, finished with chili peppers for a colorful, crisp-tender home-style vegetable dish.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- 2

Southern carrots are not very large, uniform in thickness, and have an attractive color. Slice them.
- 3

The cauliflower was just blanched and taken out for later use.
- 4

The carrots are also blanched at the same time, then taken out and set aside.
- 5

Slice the Hangzhou peppers, an appropriate amount of minced garlic.
- 6

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, then add the blanched cauliflower and carrots and stir-fry (I am used to using less oil when cooking).
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, and continue stir-frying.
- 8

Then add the Hangzhou peppers and salt, and stir-fry.
- 9

Remove from the pan, add minced garlic and chicken bouillon, and stir-fry briefly before serving.
- 10

The stir-fried dish is served on a plate, with red, white, and green colors interspersed, making it both beautiful and nutritious.
