Exclusive Claypot Baked Grouper
Grouper chunks marinated half an hour in soy, oyster sauce, and cornstarch are nestled over sizzling garlic, ginger, and onion in a bubbling claypot. Covered and baked until fragrant, the fish stays succulent with caramelized edges.

Clean the spotted fish and set it aside.

Slice the ginger.

Cut the spotted fish into pieces.

Add ginger slices, cornstarch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt.

Mix thoroughly and marinate for about half an hour.

Prepare garlic cloves and ginger pieces.

Wash the onion and then chop it finely.

Heat oil in a clay pot and stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
