Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts
Marinated pork shreds stir-fry with crisp garlic sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, and carrot ribbons, with the meat returned at the very end to stay tender. A classic home cooking dish where silky meat meets crunchy, garlicky-sweet sprouts.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the main ingredients: cut the garlic scapes into sections, soak the black fungus in advance, and slice the carrots.
- 2

Add salt, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, and a small amount of water to the shredded meat, mix and stir until all the liquid is absorbed, then add cooking oil and marinate for more than 15 minutes.
- 3

Blanch the wood ear mushrooms and carrots in boiling water for one minute, then take them out and set aside.
- 4

Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the shredded meat until it changes color, add a spoon of cooking wine to remove the raw smell, and then take it out.
- 5

Leave a little oil in the pan and fry the garlic slices until fragrant.
- 6

Pour in the ingredients and stir-fry, add salt according to taste, add oyster sauce, and put in the shredded meat in the last few seconds. Stir-fry briefly and then serve.
- 7

Add the shredded meat in the last few seconds, stir-fry for a moment, and then remove from the pan.
- 8

Stir-fried pork with garlic stalks is finished.
- 9

Shredded pork is tender, and garlic shoots are crispy; it's a home-cooked dish that goes well with rice.
