
Exclusive Braised Beef Ribs
Meaty beef ribs are pressure-cooked until tender, then simmered in a glossy braising sauce of ginger, garlic, dried chili, caramelized sugar, and layered soy sauces. Deep mahogany color, fork-tender meat, and a rich sauce flavor worth every minute.
Instructions

Wash the beef ribs to remove the blood, and blanch them. Put them in a pressure cooker for 13-15 minutes, then take out the beef ribs.

Heat a cold pan with oil, then add ginger and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

Put in the beef ribs and stir-fry with a dried chili pepper.

Stir-fry for two to three minutes.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry for one minute.

Add the caramelized sugar prepared yesterday and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add some of the stew beef rib broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn to medium heat and cook for about twenty minutes.

Turn up the heat and get ready to reduce the sauce.

Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry briefly.
