
Exclusive Pan-fried Tofu
Triangle tofu slices are dusted with starch, dipped in egg, and pan-fried golden before braising with colorful peppers and garlic. The Shandong technique creates custard-soft interiors wrapped in delicately crisped, savory-sweet coating.
Instructions

Blanch the tofu and drain it, then cut it into triangles.

Beat the eggs evenly. Prepare the cornstarch.

Coat the tofu with a little starch, then dip it in egg wash, and fry it on both sides in a pan until golden.

Remove from the pan after frying.

Prepare the bell peppers and garlic.

Heat a cold pan with oil, add bell peppers and garlic, season with salt, and stir-fry for one minute. Then add soy sauce and stir evenly. Add boiled water.

Add the tofu and simmer for a while.

Remove the remaining water.

Taken out of the pot. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
