Steamed salmon chunks
Chunky pieces of chum salmon marinate in cooking wine, soy sauce, and oil before steaming briefly over boiling water. The collected juices are reduced with a touch of chicken essence and poured back for a glossy, savory finish.
Instructions
- 1

The king salmon is relatively large, cut into big pieces.
- 2

Wash and cut into strips.
- 3

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cooking oil.
- 4

Add the scallion sections again.
- 5

After the water in the pot boils, place the steaming bowl on a small steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
- 6

After removing from the pot, pour the soup from steaming the fish back into the pot and bring it to a boil until slightly thickened. Add a little chicken essence, then pour it back into the fish steaming bowl. The color will be attractive.
