Kapok Flower Stir-Fried Sauce Meat Exclusive

Spring kapok blossoms are cleaned, blanched, and stir-fried with thin slices of home-cured sauce pork, garlic sprouts, ginger, and numbing Sichuan peppercorns. Florals meet smoky cured richness in this rare, rustic dish from Panzhihua.
