Steamed eggs
Whole eggs steam in their shells until set, then get peeled, halved, and dressed with soy sauce and sesame oil. A foolproof egg-cooker method for the creamiest, most delicate steamed eggs.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the eggs and place them in the egg steamer. According to the number of eggs to be steamed, add an appropriate amount of water to the water level line of the egg steamer.
- 2

Cover the egg steamer with the lid, plug in the power, and start steaming.

Wait for the egg steamer to finish working, usually after the indicator light goes out, just let it simmer for a while.
- 4

Be careful of steam burns when opening the lid after steaming.
- 5

Put the eggs into a steamer, add an appropriate amount of water, and steam until done. Then take them out, mix 1 to 2 grams of salt, 3 to 5 drops of dark soy sauce, and 2 to 3 drops of sesame oil in a small bowl, and pour it over the eggs.
