
Stir-fried Pork Slices with Red Chili Peppers
Thin pork slices and bright red chili peppers streak across a screaming-hot wok for a quick everyday stir-fry. Simple soy-based seasoning lets the charred aroma and juicy meat do all the talking.

Wash the red chili peppers and set aside.

Remove the stem and seeds, then shred.

Sliced meat, set aside.

Marinate the slices of meat with a little dark soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Chop the green onions and set aside.

Heat the wok and add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the slices of meat and stir-fry. Then add the scallions and shredded red chili peppers with an appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, stir a few times, and it's ready.
