
Garlic Bacon Stir-Fried Green Beans Premiere

Wash the cured meat thoroughly and slice it for later use.

Prepare garlic and ginger slices (ginger pieces) for later use.

Cut the green beans into sections and wash them clean, then boil in water and add some peanut oil and salt.

Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 50 seconds, then remove and set aside.

Heat the pan, add peanut oil, then add garlic and ginger chunks to stir-fry, followed by the cured meat.

After stir-frying the cured meat until it becomes semi-transparent, add the green beans.

After adding the green beans, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, doubanjiang, and salt.

Add half a bowl of water, simmer and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then cook on high heat to reduce the sauce, taste, and it's ready to serve.
