Exclusive Mapo Tofu with Beef
Silken tofu and minced beef are simmered in a numbing sauce of doubanjiang and Sichuan peppercorns. Fiery, aromatic and deeply savory, this variation of mapo tofu is a rice-table classic.

Wash the beef and cut it into thin slices.

Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and mix well.

Then add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix well to set aside.

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef.
