Exclusive Stir-Fried Crispy Tripe

Exclusive Stir-Fried Crispy Tripe

Specially prepared pork tripe stays wonderfully crunchy even after a blazing-hot wok toss with doubanjiang, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns. Numbing heat meets addictive crispness in a bold Hunan-style dish.
