Stir-Fried Mixed Green Beans
Green beans are stir-fried with a colorful mix of vegetables in a savory sauce. The quick, high-heat cooking keeps the beans crisp while the assorted additions create varied texture and flavor.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the green beans into sections. Soak the dried deer antler mushrooms for half an hour in advance, then cut them into pieces.
- 2

Slice all the meatballs and then cut them into strips, and crush the garlic cloves for later use.
- 3

Heat the pan, add some peanut oil, a little salt, half a bowl of water, and blanch the green beans.
- 4

Heat a wok with peanut oil, add garlic cloves, then add the meatball strips and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 5

After stir-frying the meatball strips until fragrant, add the rehydrated deer antler mushrooms.
- 6

In the pot, place the meatballs and deer antler mushrooms on top of a layer of green beans.
- 7

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8

Taste it before taking it off the stove, then serve it on a plate!
