Stir-fried Green Beans with Black Pork
Black mountain pork and long beans are stir-fried with garlic and chilies until the beans are blistered. The flavorful pork coats the beans, creating a hearty, rustic dish.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the green beans into sections and wash them clean. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a bit of peanut oil and a little salt, and cook for 1 minute.
- 2

Slice the pork, and put the onions and chili peppers in the fridge for a while so they are easier to cut and less spicy.
- 3

Heat the pan and add peanut oil, then ginger, garlic, onion, and chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 4

Stir-fry the aromatics and then add the pork slices.
- 5

Stir-fry the pork until fragrant, add some soy sauce, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 6

Add the blanched green beans and stir-fry together.
- 7

Add oyster sauce, simmer with salt for 10 minutes, taste, and it's ready to serve!
