
Steamed Vegetable Rice with Wormwood
Tender shoots of a wild spring herb are coated with a light dusting of flour and steamed until soft. Served with a garlicky dipping sauce, the dish is fragrant, rustic and full of seasonal flavor.

Spring wild vegetables, rice miben.

Pick fresh rice rice wormwood.

Choose good rice sprouts.

Wash clean and drain the water.

Cut and set aside.

First add a little oil and mix well, then sprinkle a small amount of flour multiple times, evenly coating with dry flour.

After the water boils, place it in the steamer and steam over high heat for five minutes.

Already steamed.

Mince the garlic, add a little salt, and mash it into garlic paste. Set aside.
