
Steamed Chicken with Deer Antler Mushroom in a Rice Cooker
Marinated chicken and dried deer antler mushrooms steam together in a rice cooker until juicy and aromatic. The mushrooms perfume the meat, making a hands-off dish full of earthy depth.

Clean the dried deer antler mushrooms and soak them for half an hour.

Clean the chicken and add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and peanut oil, then mix evenly.

The long deer antler mushrooms can be cut in half, and placed with codonopsis, red dates, and ginger.

Lay the marinated chicken and red dates on a base of deer antler mushrooms.

Wash the white rice and put it into the rice cooker.

Place the rice cooker rack on and then put in the arranged chicken.

After the rice cooker jumps once, let it simmer for another 5 minutes and it’s ready to serve!
