
Dry Pot Cured Pork Stir-Fried with Green Beans

Remove the skin from the cured meat, and crush the ginger and garlic to set aside.

Wash the cured meat thoroughly and slice it for later use.

Wash the green beans clean, bring a pot of water to a boil, add oil and the green beans, and cook for three minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the cured meat.

After the cured meat is pan-fried until both sides are golden brown.

Add the chopped red bell peppers and green bell peppers.
