Exclusive Mushroom and Oxtail Bone Soup

Set the oxtail bones aside.

Place a suitable amount of oxtail bones in cold water and blanch to remove blood, then rinse clean.

Wash the prepared mushrooms and set them aside.

Place the oxtail bones into the electric pressure cooker.

Add the cleaned mushrooms.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

The electric pressure cooker takes about 1 hour.
