Exclusive Steamed Rice Noodles with Seafood
Rice noodles are topped with fresh seafood and steamed until the noodles absorb the briny juices. A drizzle of seasoned soy sauce ties together this delicate, Cantonese-style dish.

Soak the rice noodles in cold water until soft, then drain.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance.

Chop the shiitake mushrooms finely.

Wash the dried radish and chop it finely.

Add baby oysters to flour and rub them clean, set aside.
