Stir-fried pork slices with cucumber
Cucumber slices and pork are stir-fried quickly so the vegetable stays crisp and refreshing. A light soy-based seasoning keeps the dish clean-tasting, ideal for hot summer days.

Slice the lean meat and marinate it with a little light soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry the meat slices briefly.
- 3

Then pour in the cucumber slices and stir-fry for a moment.
- 4

Sprinkle in salt.
- 5

Also add pepper and stir-fry evenly.
- 6

Then pour in about 50 milliliters of water and simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
- 7

Finally, pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is reduced.
