Harvard Vegetable Pot Exclusive
Sweet kabocha squash, carrots, cabbage and onion are slow-simmered into a naturally sweet, pepper-kissed pot finished with parsley, a light and nourishing vegetable stew that warms from the first spoonful.

Wash the onion and cut it into pieces.

Remove the seeds from the baby pumpkin, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the cabbage and cut it into pieces.

Peel the carrots, wash them clean, and cut them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add onions, stir-frying until fragrant.

Add the carrots and baby pumpkins and stir-fry for a moment.

Put in the cabbage.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.
