Steamed crown daisy
Garland chrysanthemum leaves are tossed with a light dusting of flour and steamed until tender, preserving their peppery fragrance. A simple dipping sauce of garlic and sesame oil completes this gentle vegetable dish.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the crown daisy thoroughly and drain the water, then mix it evenly with oil.
- 2

Add wheat flour and corn flour, add salt and thirteen spice, and mix well.
- 3

Make sure each piece of food is fully coated with flour and in a loose state.
- 4

Place it in a steamer basket, add boiling water to the pot, and steam for 3 minutes.
- 5

After being steamed, it is also relatively loose, and it falls apart with just a shake of the chopsticks.
- 6

Finished dish photo. Just serve it with the sauce made from minced garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
