Garlic Fried Chicken Wings
Halved chicken wings are pan-fried to crackling gold in plenty of fragrant garlic, then briefly braised in a soy-oyster glaze and showered with toasted sesame for finger-licking results.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the fresh chicken mid-wings and cut them in half, add a little salt and half a spoon of corn starch.
- 2

Add 3 slices of ginger, mix evenly, and marinate for 5 minutes for later use.
- 3

Heat the pan and add peanut oil, then add the minced garlic cloves.
- 4

Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant and golden.
- 5

Add the marinated chicken wings and stir-fry.
- 6

Pan-fry the middle chicken wings until both sides are golden brown.
- 7

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a bowl of water.
- 8

Cover the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes, watching how the sauce reduces.
- 9

Taste it, take it out of the pan, plate it, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds for garnish!
