Exclusive Lychee Pork Ribs
Tender pork ribs are blanched, glazed with dark soy, oyster sauce and sugar, then slow-braised in an enamel pot until succulent before fresh lychee is folded in, bringing a delicate fruity sweetness to the rich braising sauce.

Cut the spare ribs into pieces.

Put the pork ribs into cold water to blanch and remove the blood, then wash clean.

Wash the ginger and slice it for later use.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the ribs and stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white sugar.

Stir-fry evenly until the color is uniform and the flavors are absorbed.
