Place the fresh shiitake mushrooms on the cutting board and slice them.

Next, blanch the sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.

Take the oil gluten again, dig a hole in it, combine it with the shiitake mushroom, blanch it, and then scoop it out.
