Choose good chives, wash them clean, and drain the water.

Cut into one-inch sections and set aside.

Rinse the soaked wood ear mushrooms and tear them into small pieces. Place a pot on the stove, put the soaked wood ear mushrooms into boiling water, take them out, drain, and put them in a bowl for later use.
