
Cornmeal Vegetable Dumplings
Blanched greens, carrot, shiitake, black fungus, scrambled egg, and dried shrimp are bound into balls, rolled in golden cornmeal, and steamed until tender, a wholesome, fiber-rich country-style delicacy.

Carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus are each cut into thin strips.

Blanch and set aside.

Blanch the baby bok choy and cut it into small sections for later use.

Scramble the eggs and set aside.

Mix all the above ingredients, then add dried shrimp, salt, and sesame oil, and stir evenly.

Add a small amount of flour to increase stickiness.

Take an appropriate amount of vegetables, squeeze them hard into a ball with your hands, and roll them in cornmeal twice so that it sticks evenly.
