Cumin Chicken Cubes First Release
Boneless chicken thigh cubes, marinated with cumin and coated in egg and starch, are pan-fried golden, then tossed with garlic, chili powder, extra cumin, and toasted sesame for a fragrant, street-food-style bite.
Instructions
- 1

Debone the chicken leg (I also removed the skin) and cut it into small pieces. Add salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, and cumin powder or cumin seeds, and mix well.
- 2

Add an egg and mix evenly.
- 3

Add 1/3 the amount of starch to the chicken and mix evenly.
- 4

Marinate for 20 minutes.
- 5

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, then add the diced chicken and fry until golden brown.
- 6

Add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 7

Add ground dried chili, cumin powder, white sesame, salt, sugar (a little more), and MSG to season.
- 8

Before taking it off the heat, cook with a little light soy sauce, then serve it on a plate lined with coriander segments.
