Fried pumpkin slices
Thin pumpkin slices are dipped in a batter of egg, sesame seeds, flour and cornstarch, then fried until both sides turn golden and crisp; served hot with ketchup on the side, they make a sweet, crunchy snack.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
- 2

Add an egg and an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, then add an appropriate amount of oil.
- 3

Scoop a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of cornstarch, and mix them into a paste. (If it's too thin, add more flour and cornstarch; if it's too thick, add water)
- 4

Heat the oil to 50% hot, then add the pumpkin, piece by piece.
- 5

Fry until both sides are golden brown.
- 6

Remove the oil from the pan.
- 7

Serve on a plate and eat while hot. You can dip it in ketchup.
