Sauerkraut Hot Pot
A tangy hot pot built on stir-fried pickled mustard greens, with fish balls, beef balls, dumplings, tofu, crispy sausage, and baby cabbage cooked in order into a sour, appetizing broth that wakes up the appetite.
Instructions
- 1
Wash all the ingredients and prepare them by cutting, and slightly thaw frozen ingredients such as meatballs in advance.
- 2
Heat the pot and pour in oil, then add the pickled vegetables from the seasoning pack to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, releasing the sour aroma.
- 3
Add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil with the white part of the green onion and sections of green and red peppers.
- 4
Pour the sauce packet into the seasonings, stir evenly, and then cook for another 3-5 minutes to allow the broth to fully blend.
- 5
Add ingredients to the pot in order—first put in fish balls, beef balls, dumplings, and other items that are hard to cook; then add tofu and luncheon meat; finally, add beef slices and vegetables to ensure the best taste.
- 6
Cook all the ingredients until they are fully cooked and flavorful; the sour and fragrant aroma is appetizing and goes well with rice.
