Pour 15 milliliters of rapeseed oil into the wok, then add 2 slices of fresh ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the prepared steaming fish.

Pour in 1 spoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and enhance the aroma.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
