Stir-fried Pork Slices with Onions
Sweet onion slices are braised until melting and transparent, then tender marinated pork slices are folded in for an ultra-simple, savory one-pan dish made for weeknight rice bowls.
Instructions

Pour 10 milliliters of canola oil into the frying pan.

Pour in the shredded onions.

Stir-fry until just cooked.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Pour in 200 milliliters of water.

Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, until the onion slices become soft and translucent.

Open the pot lid, pour in the pre-marinated pork slices, cover the pot lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the lid of the pot, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
