Stewed grouper
Whole grouper simmers in a seasoned soy broth until the richly reduced sauce coats its delicate, snow-white flesh, a simple, elegant treatment that lets fresh, fine-flaked fish shine.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of the grouper and wash it clean.
- 2

After stir-frying in the pot, add boiling water and seasonings, then put in the grouper to stew.
- 3

Simmer until the sauce is thick, then add a little chicken bouillon and it's ready to serve.
- 4

Place the grouper onto a serving plate, garnish with celery leaves. The grouper meat is tender, and the sauce is rich and flavorful.
