Braised Beef Ribs with Soybeans

Beef rib fingers are pressure-cooked with soybeans and tangy little tomatoes until meltingly soft, the soy-and-oyster sauce broth turning rich and savory while the beans soak up all the beefy goodness.

    Wash the beef short ribs and cut them into pieces, blanch them in water, then remove and drain for later use.

    Prepare all the ingredients, stir-fry the beef short ribs for a moment after sautéing briefly over low heat with a little oil until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

    Add the frozen cherry tomatoes. These are quite sour, so you should add some sugar in moderation to improve the taste.

    Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, bring to a boil, then put it in the electric pressure cooker and cook for half an hour.
