Crispy Roast Chicken Leg
Chicken legs marinated in New Orleans spice roast over potatoes, mushrooms and onion, then brushed with honey and returned to the oven for lacquered, caramelized skin and juicy, aromatic meat.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the chicken drumsticks to remove the blood, then cut along both sides of the bone to allow the flavor to penetrate and to cook through.
- 2

Poke with a skewer, add slices of green onion and ginger, cooking wine, and Orleans marinade, and marinate for 3 hours.
- 3

Blanch the broccoli and then drain off the water.
- 4

Spray a layer of oil on all the auxiliary ingredients and sprinkle with black pepper (you can omit or reduce the salt, as the juice from roasting the chicken legs is also salty). Put the potatoes, mushrooms, and onions on the baking tray first.
- 5

Place the chicken legs on it. Put it in the lower rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 6

Take it out and arrange the broccoli, dilute a little honey with a bit of water, brush it on the surface, and then bake for another 15 minutes.
