Sour Soup Crispy Pork

Crisp fried pork nuggets and tofu swim in a tangy tomato-based broth with wood ears, brightened with aged vinegar, chili and a tangle of garlic sprouts and cilantro — warming, sharp and comforting.

    Fry some small crispy pieces of meat and tofu slices and set aside.
