
Blanched Bamboo Shoots with Shrimp
Crisp blanched bamboo shoots and poached shrimp are arranged together and crowned with scallion shreds, then dressed with warm soy seasoning and sizzling oil for a clean, sweet spring pairing.
Instructions

Wash the bamboo shoots and soak them for half an hour.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add oil and salt, then put in the bamboo shoots. Blanch for 5 minutes after the water re-boils. Remove and rinse in cold water, then drain.

Butterfly the shrimp, remove the veins, and blanch until cooked.

Place it on the plate.

Cut the green onions into thin strips and soak them briefly in cold water. Garnish the shrimp with them.

Bring the soy sauce for steaming fish to a boil with water and pour it over the vegetables.

Just briefly flash it with hot oil.
