Steamed Sea Bream
Sea bream is marinated with cooking wine and ginger, steamed for ten minutes, then dressed with a glossy sauce of light soy, starch water and red chili rings that complements the delicate, silky flesh in true Cantonese style.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the sea bream, then marinate it with cooking wine and ginger slices to remove the fishy smell.
- 2

Boil water in a pot, place the fish plate into the pot, steam for 10 minutes, and after taking it out, pour out the fish juice in the plate.
- 3

Add cooking oil to the pan, then the seasoning, blanching sauce, salt, and starch water. Stir evenly, then add the red pepper rings.
- 4

Simply pour over the steamed sea bream, which is tender and smooth.
