Wash the pork and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the white radish, peel it, and cut it into pieces.

Place the pork belly in the hot pan.

Stir-fry to release the fat, and pour out the excess oil.

Add the bay leaves and sauté until fragrant.

Season with an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.
