Stir-fried Pork with Jackfruit Seeds

A resourceful rural classic: boiled jackfruit seeds, tasting like chestnuts, are peeled, halved and stir-fried with salty homemade soy-cured pork and bamboo shoots, where the starchy seeds drink up the savory cured meat aroma.

    When eating jackfruit, save the seeds and then cook them.

    This is the cured meat I made myself, I only used half of it.

    Peel off the outer skin of the cooked jackfruit seeds and cut them in half.

    This has a little bit of bamboo shoots added.

    Pot-fried meat stir-fried with sauce meat.

    Add the bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry.
